We are a local chapter of the Vintage Volkswagen Club of America located in Central New York State centered around the Syracuse area.

We are a new club hoping to bring together VWs and VW hobbyists for information sharing, camaraderie, and general good times sharing and experiencing our interest in Volkswagens, attending shows in groups, GTGs and general cruising throughout the wonderful Upstate NY landscape.



Sunday Jan 29th 2012 Oneida Shores Arrowhead Lodge 10am-7pm

Come out for the day and enjoy some VW themed movies, hang out by the fireplace or just stop by for dinner or dessert.  We’ll have VW door prizes and plenty of food on hand.  Our theme will once again be a VW Family Thanksgiving.  VWCCNY will provide the turkey, stuffing, gravy and soda/coffee.  You’re welcome to bring a family favorite dish to pass, a dessert or just yourself and sit back and reflect in the past year’s memories and the coming years events.  Kitchen access available if needed to complete your dish.  *let us know in the upcoming rsvp if you think you’ll need kitchen services or space so that we can accommodate for everyone.

VWCCNY is raffling a colorful hand made Afghan donated to our efforts to raise $$$ for Project Linus.  We will be selling raffle tickets at the monthly Mtgs and the January event where we will raffle off the Afgan. The more tickets you buy the more chances you get and the more $$ we can raise for a great charity.  http://www.projectlinus.org/  *VWCCNY will again be holding a Project Linus Blanket drive after the new year.

VWCCNY will also be accepting donations (bedding, food or $$) for the CNY SPCA http://www.cnyspca.org/ during the January 29th event.
